Nuno Duarte Gil Mendes Bettencourt is a Portuguese-American guitarist, singer-songwriter and record producer. He is known as the lead guitarist of the rock group Extreme in Boston. He has also recorded a solo album as well as formed groups such as Mourning Widows, Civil 1, DramaGods and The Satellite Party. In 2007 he also reunited with Extreme to record new music and tour.
