Abigail Leigh Spencer is an American actress. She started her career as Rebecca Tyree on ABC daytime All My Children, before starring in the crime drama Lifetime Angela's Eyes. She has also had recurring roles in Mad Men, Hawthorne, and Suits. From 2013 to 2016, Spencer played the role of Amantha Holden in the SundanceTV television series Rectify, for which she received a nomination for the Critic's Choice Television Award. From 2016 to 2018, Spencer played the role of history teacher Lucy Preston in the NBC sci-fi series Timeless. Spencer has appeared in films such as In My Sleep, Cowboys & Aliens, This Means War, Chasing Mavericks, The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia, Oz the Great and Powerful and This Is Where I Leave You.
