Alex Gray is an American Vajrayana visual artist, author, teacher, and practitioner known for creating psychedelic and psychedelic paintings. He works in various forms including performance art, processing art, installation art, sculpture, visionary art, and painting. He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Center for Cognitive and Ethical Freedom and is President of the Faculty of Sacred Arts of the College of Intellectuals. He and his wife Allyson Gray co-founded the Chapel of Sacred Examples, a non-profit organization in Wappingers Falls, New York.
