Andrew Ralph Adamson is a New Zealand director, producer and screenwriter primarily in Los Angeles, where he has directed Oscar-winning animated films Shrek and Shrek 2. He is directing, executive producer and screenwriter for the 2005 film The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. He has also worked on the Batman Forever and Batman & Robin movies as a visual effects supervisor. He was honored as a member of the New Zealand Medal of Merit, for film services, on the Queen's birthday in 2006.
