Andrew Joseph Ladd is a Canadian professional ice hockey winger who currently plays for the Bridgeport Sound Tigers of the American Hockey League while under contract with the New York Islanders of the National Hockey League. He was originally paid in 2004 by the Carolina Hurricanes and won the Stanley Cup with them in 2006. He won the Stanley Cup for the second time in 2010 with the Chicago Blackhawks. From 2010 until he joined the team in 2016, Ladd was captain of the Atlanta Thrashers / Winnipeg Jets.
