About Anthony Rizzo
On June 9, 2011, he made his Major League Baseball debut with the San Diego Padres. In 2012, he was traded to the Chicago Cubs, and in 2014, he was named to his first All-Star team. In 2016, he played a key role in the Cubs' first World Series championship in over a century.
Anthony Vincent Rizzo was the first professional American baseball player to play for the Chicago Cubs of Major League baseball team. He also played in MLB for San Diego Padres. He's been an All-Star star three times. Through his philanthropic efforts, he regularly reached the finals of the Heart and Hustle Awards and is considered by many to be one of the most respected MLB players.
