Arnab Goswami is an Indian news anchor and Managing Director and Editor-in-Chief of Republic Media Network. Goswami's Republic Media Network currently owns and operates three channels, Republic TV in English, Republic Bharat in Hindi and Republic Bangla in Bengali. Prior to Republic TV, Goswami was editor and news host of Times Now and ET Now from 2006 to 2016. Prior to that, he also worked at NDTV and The Telegraph. On Times Now, he ran The Newshour, a 9 p.m. weekday live talk, which made him widely known. He also hosts a special, Tell Arnab the Truth. In November 2016, Goswami resigned his post as editor of Times Now. Its Republic TV news channel was launched in May 2017
