Ashley Walker is a first-class amateur British cricketer who played nine matches for the Yorkshire County Cricket Club between 1863 and 1870, ten matches for the University of Cambridge between 1864 and 1866 and one match for the north of England in 1870. He also played for the Southern Wales Cricket Club from 1875 to 1876. His cousin, Charles Walker, played a first class match for the Gentlemen of the North. Born in Bowling Hall, Bradford, Yorkshire, England, Walker was educated at Westminster School and Trinity College and Magdalene College, Cambridge and was a blue cricketer from 1864 to 1866. He made eighteen right-arm shots with a slow 16.05 round-arm bowling, his best record being 6-89 against Surrey.
