Bright Okpocha, known by his stage name Basketmouth, is a Nigerian comedian and actor. He has hosted concerts of famous comedies like Basketmouth Uncensored around the world. Basketmouth hosted a comedic challenge on Instagram called #TwoThingsChallenge, which sparked a ruckus from fans, after a young fan posted a video of him saying nasty things to sex, with a child seen close up in the video. Bright completed his primary and secondary education at Apapa, then went on to study at Benin University, where he studied sociology and anthropology with his brother Godwin. In 2005 and 2006, Basketmouth won the National Comedy Award and the Best Comedian of the Year Award. Basketmouth appeared on the African Magic show "My Flatmate". Basketmouth recently welcomed Nigerian billionaire Femi Otedola to his home. In December 2020, he started his comedy web series titled "Papa Benji".
