Benjamin Peter Sherrington Shephard is an English journalist and television presenter currently working for ITV. He is the host of the now defunct GMTV breakfast show and since April 2014 has co-hosted ITV's Good Morning Britain breakfast show alongside Susanna Reid, Kate Garraway and Charlotte Hawkins. . He has also hosted game shows like The Krypton Factor, Tipping Point and Ninja Warrior UK. In 2012, together with Helen Skelton, he welcomed athletes from the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic Games to Trafalgar Square as part of their back parade.
