Billie Paul Piper is an English actress, filmmaker and former singer. She made her debut as a performer in Scratchy & Co at the age of 13. She started to gain popularity as a singer and at the age of 15, Piper released her first single "Because We Want To", which made her the youngest female artist to join. at number one on the UK Singles Chart. Her next single "Girlfriend" also took number one. In 1998, Piper released his debut studio album, Honey to the B, which was certified platinum by the UK recording industry.
