Bobby Ray Simmons Jr., better known as B.o.B, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer and conspiracy theorist from Decatur, Georgia. In 2006, B.o.B was discovered by Brian Richardson, who then introduced it to TJ Chapman, who later brought it to US record producer Jim J Wisconsin. After listening to his music, J Wisconsin signed a contract with B.o.B for his entertainment company Rebel Rock Entertainment. Two years later, J Wisconsin and B.o.B signed a joint venture contract with Atlantic Records and Grand Hustle Records by the American rapper T.I. BoB quickly rose to prominence after his first commercial single "Nothin 'on You", which reached number one in the US and UK in 2009. Then he released his third single "Airplanes". . His fifth single "Magic", became the 3rd hit of his top 10 on the American Billboard Hot 100
