Robert George Uecker is a former American Baseball Federation baseball player and current sportsman, comedian and actor. Nicknamed "Mr. Baseball ”by television talk show host Johnny Carson, Uecker has been the host of the Milwaukee Brewers radio programs since 1971. He was honored by the National Baseball Hall of Fame with his Ford C. Frick Award in recognition of his career in broadcasting.
