Brandon Heath Knell is a contemporary American Christian musician, singer and songwriter from Nashville, Tennessee. He has released six studio albums: Comfortable Don't Get Com, What If We, Leaving Eden, Blue Mountain, No Turning Back, and Faith Hope Love Repeat. He is known for the number 1 singles: "I'm Not Who I Was" and "Give Me Your Eyes". He has been nominated four times for the 2008 Dove Awards and won the “New Artist of the Year” category. His second album was nominated for "Gospel Album of the Year" at the 51st Grammy Awards 2009. Heath began his career writing songs as a teenager. His first independent album, Early Stuff, is a compilation of his early compositions. Also after releasing Soldier in 2004, he signed with Reunion Records to release his first major studio album, Don't Get Com Comfortable, in late 2006. The album's first single, "Our God Reigns" received a Dove Award nomination in 2007 .
