Breanna Mackenzie Stewart is an American professional basketball player for the Seattle Storm of the Women's National Basketball Association. In high school, Stewart was Gatorade National Player of the Year, Gatorade Female Player of the Year, and McDonald's Almighty American. She has led the University of Connecticut Huskies to four national championships, being named the Last Four Best Player with a record four times and three times National Player of the Year. Stewart was the first overall selection in the WNBA Draft 2016 and was named WNBA 2016 Rookie of the Year. She was named WNBA MVP in 2018 and was named All-Star in 2017 and 2018. She led Storm to two championships in 2018 and 2020 and received the WNBA Finals MVP award. twice. Prior to his first WNBA game, Stewart signed a multi-year endorsement contract with Nike.
