Brendan Peter Schaub is an American freelance comedian, podcast host and former professional coed boxer. He is the host of The Fighter and the Kid podcast, the podcast below with Brendan Schaub and host of the King and the Sting podcast, with comedian Theo Von. After signing with Ultimate Fighting Championship in 2009 to compete on The Ultimate Fighter, he fought for the company until 2014. He officially retired from mixed martial arts in 2015. Since 2015, Schaub has performed indie comedy, originally as a duet with comedian Bryan Callen, but more recently as a solo comedian. Schaub released their first comedy special titled You'd Be Surprise in 2019
