Palencia voiced Tony Tony Chopper in One Piece, Touka Kirishima from Tokyo Ghoul, Mineta from My Hero Academia, Vi Graythorn in Case Closed, Eve from Black Cat, Honoka Sakurai in Suzuka, Ai Enma from Hell Girl, Kurumu Kurono from Rosario Vampire, Ciel Phantomhive from Black Butler, 'Juvia Lockser from Fairy Tail, Holo from Spice and Wolf, Yuno Gasai from Future Diary, Maho Minami from Beck: Mongolian Chop Squad, Ryoko Okami from Okami-san, and seven companions of him and Isuzu Soma in the fruit basket. On camera, she played the role of Sophia in the series The CW Star-Crossed and appeared in The Walking Dead and Castle. In the video game, she played the role of Mad Moxxi in the Borderlands series.
