Brooks Wackerman is an American musician and musician. He is the current drummer for heavy metal band Avenged Sevenfold, which he joined in 2015. His first album with Avenged Sevenfold was The Stage. He is best known as the longtime drummer and longest serving of the American punk rock band Bad Religion. Wackerman also performed, as a member, on session or on tour, with Bad4Good, Infectious Path, Glenn Tipton, Mass Psychiatry, Suicide Trends, Destroyer, Avril Lavigne, Korn, Kidney, Fear and Nervous System, Tenacious D, Farmikos, Tom Delonge and Big Talk. He has two older brothers who are also drummers: Chad Wackerman and John Wackerman.
