B5, formerly known as TNT Boyz and Audio, is an American R&B group originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, USA, then moved to Atlanta, Georgia. The group consisted of five breeding brothers, Dustin Michael, Kelly Allen, Patrick Owen, Carnell Frederick and Bryan Jesse. Previously they were called TNT Boyz, consisting of only four elders, but changed their name to B5 when Bryan, the youngest, joined the group. From late 2009 to early 2010, they changed their name to Audio and then returned to B5 on May 30, 2012. Bryan and Patrick left the band, leaving Dustin, Kelly and Carnell rebranded as Men in Black. After Dustin and Carnell had children of their own, they abandoned the group, leaving Kelly as a rapper and Dustin as a solo artist, while Carnell took a break from music to spend time with family. From 2018, the band members will be active again together as B5.
