Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, known as Burna Boy, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter, rapper and dancer. He is one of the greatest and most successful African artists. He rose to fame in 2012 after releasing "Like to Party", the first single from his debut studio album L.I.F.E. In 2017, Burna Boy signed with Bad Habit / Atlantic Records in the US and Warner Music Group International. His third studio album Outside marks his big business debut. In 2019, he won the Best International Actor award at the BET 2019 Awards and was announced as an Apple Music Up Next artist. His fourth studio album, African Giant, was released in July 2019; it won the Album of the Year award at the 2019 All-Africa Music Awards and was nominated for Best World Album at the 62nd annual Grammy Awards.
