Carlos Arturo Bacca Ahumada is a Colombian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Spanish club Villarreal. Bacca started his career at Atlético Junior, where he was the top scorer of the Categoría Primera A Apertura 2010 tournament. In January 2012, he joined Club Brugge, where he was the top scorer at the Belgian League in Only season before joining Sevilla for 7 million euros. He won the UEFA Europa League title in his first two seasons with the club, scoring twice in the 2015 final. In the summer of 2015 he joined the Serie A team from Milan for 30 million euros. Internationally for Colombia from 2012 to 2018, Bacca represented the country at the 2014 and 2018 FIFA World Cups, Copa América 2015 and Copa América Centenario, of which they came in third. He is known for his speed, dynamism, sense of purpose and determination as a player.
