Cedric Alexander Johnson is an American professional wrestler who is currently contracted to WWE, where he plays on the Raw franchise under the stage name Cedric Alexander. He was once part of a team called The Hurt Business alongside MVP, Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin, who later won the Raw Tag Team with him. Alexander worked for Ring of Honor from 2010 to 2016. He started his career as a member of C&C Factory, a brand group with Caprice Coleman. They worked together until 2014, after which he acted as a single wrestler, usually under Veda Scott. He left ROH in 2016, when he was invited to attend the WWE Cruiserweight Classic. During the tournament, he was knocked out by Kota Ibushi in the second round, but received very high praise, with the fans present shouting "Please Sign Cedric". Alexander will then sign a contract with WWE, working in their new cruiser division as part of the 205 Live brand.
