Charles Edward Hugo is an American record producer, musician, singer and songwriter. Together with his best friend Pharrell Williams, he formed the production duo Neptunes in the early 1990s, with which he produced songs for many artists. He is also a member of the group N.E.R.D, along with Williams and Shay Haley.
