Chihye "Charlet" Takahashi Chung is an American actress best known for her voice acting, as well as for her various roles in film and television. She voiced the fictional character D.Va in the Overwatch multiplayer shooter video game and took over the role of the Heroes of the Storm crossover game. She also voiced Seraph in the Call of Duty: Black Ops III video game set. On television, Chung has appeared on shows such as Cold Case, Cory in the House, 90210, Shake It Up, and Grace and Frankie. In 2019, she joined the main cast of the Netflix animated series Carmen Sandiego as Julia Argent and has voiced other supporting roles throughout the series as well.
