He played high school principal Steven Harper in the Boston Public series, Emerson Cod on Pushing Daisy, Detective Laverne Winston in the Fox television series Human Target, and most recently Detective Don Owen in the CBS crime short Sleeping Golden Boy. . He notably played a leading role as Captain Lou Grover of Special Forces Team Five-0 in the CBS Hawaiian drama Five-0 until the show's end in 2020. He has also appeared in films such as Gone in 60 Seconds; Terminal equipment; I am robot; Roll Bounce; and the date of the project.
