Christopher Keith Irvine, also known as Ring Chris Jericho, is a professional Canadian American wrestler, singer, podcaster, author, actor, and businessman. Recognized as an exaggerated rock star, he has been dubbed by journalists and colleagues in the industry as one of the greatest professional wrestlers of all time. Throughout the 1990s, Jericho has played for the American organizations Extreme Wrestling Championships and World Wrestling Championships, as well as promoting in countries like Canada, Japan and Mexico. In late 1999, he made his debut in the World Wrestling Federation. In 2001, he became the first undisputed WWF champion, and therefore the final holder of the WCW world heavyweight championship, after winning and unifying WWF and World titles by beat Stone Cold Steve Austin and The Rock on the same night.
