Christopher Vincent Metzen a.k.a. "Thundergod" is an American game designer, artist, voice actor and writer best known for his work of creating fictional universes and scripts for Blizzard Entertainment's three major award-winning media brands: Warcraft, Diablo and StarCraft. Taking the opportunity, Metzen published his work under the pseudonym "Thundergod". Metzen is hired by Blizzard Entertainment as a host and artist; His first job for the company was with the Justice League video game task force. Metzen is Senior Vice President of Story Development and Franchise at Blizzard Entertainment and supports the company's projects by providing vocal talent to a number of characters, including Orc Thrall, as well as helping with artistic character design. Outside of Blizzard Entertainment, Metzen has written a series of graphic novels based on the Second US Civil War in the future. Metzen retired in September 2016 to spend more time with his family.
