Thomas Christopher Parnell is an American actor, voice actor, and comedian. He was a member of Saturday Night Live from 1998 to 2006 and played Dr. Leo Spaceman on 30 Rock. In the animation, he voices Cyril Figgis in the FX Archer series, Jerry Smith in Adult Swim's Rick and Morty, and the narrator in PBS Kids' WordGirl series. He also voiced "The Progressive Box" in a series of Progressive Corporation commercials.
