Jamar Rolando McNaughton, commonly known as Chronixx, is a Jamaican reggae artist. His stage name replaces the stage name "Little Chronicle" which was given to him because of his father, singer "Chronicle". Chronixx and its music were dubbed "Reggae Revival", along with other reggae musicians including Alborosie, Dre Island, Jah Bouks, Jah9, Protoje, Kelissa, Jesse Royal, Keznamdi and Kabaka Pyramids. Its lyrical content revolves around themes of anti-warfare, romantic statements and resilience.
