Cold Cave is a hardcore punk band that goes by the moniker Cold Cave. He's been in a number of bands, including Give Up the Ghost, Some Girls, XO Skeletons, and Ye Olde Maids. He also owns and runs the publishing company Heartworm Press.

Cold Cave is the musical nickname of Wesley Eisold living in Los Angeles and New York, whose music has been described as "a collage of dark waves, noise and synthetics". Some critics note relationships with post-punk and synthpop in the early 1980s, particularly Joy Division and New Order.
