Dr. Cesar Parra is an American athlete and trainer who has competed successfully and won medals in international competitions including the Inter-American Games, Central American Games, World Cup Finals, World Equestrian Olympics and the Olympics for over 20 years. Parra has competed for the United States of America since 2008. A native of Colombia and a professional dentist, Parra has won hundreds of international competitions, including numerous medals at the Bolivarian Games and the Grand Games. Central American Sports Festival and a team silver medal at the 1998 Pan American Games for his hometown of Colombia. As a Colombian he also competed in the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens and the 2005 FEI World Cup Final in Las Vegas. He also competed twice at the World Horse Riding Games, in Jerez 2002 and Aachen 2006 .
