Daniel Ryan Cormier is a retired professional mixed martial artist and American amateur wrestler. He is a former champion of Ultimate Fighting Championship Light Heavyweight and Heavyweight. Cormier is the second fighter in UFC history to hold the title simultaneously in two weight classes and is the first fighter to defend the title in two weight classes. As an international wrestler, Cormier is a six-time member of the World Team or the US Olympic, the World Bronze Medal, the World Cup Finalist, the Inter-American Olympic Gold Medalist and the Champion.
