Daniel Novikov is an Estonian cyclist specializing in individual sprints. Novikov was born in Tallinn. He represented Estonia at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing and competed in the men's sprint. However, Novikov couldn't get through the next round of the competition when he finished 21st overall, with a time of 11,817 seconds and a speed of 64,360 km / h. He also won gold and silver medals in the sprint and keirin events, in the elite Class B of the 2007 UCI World Circuit Championship in Cape Town, South Africa.
