About Denise Post-Van Rijswijk
A member of the Dutch dance troupe the Vengaboys. The vocalist and choreographer was a part of the ensemble until 2002, when she left to pursue her own career. She rejoined the band in 2006.
Vengaboys is a Dutch Eurodance group based in Rotterdam. The group was founded by Dutch producers Wessel van Diepen and Dennis van den Driesschen. It includes lead singers Kim Sasabone and Denise Post-Van Rijswijk and male singers Robin Pors and Donny Latupeirissa. The selection and selection of pieces from 1997 to 2000 were performed by Wendelien van Diepen. The group became a commercial success in the late 1990s. They are known for their hit "We Like to Party", "Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom !!" and “We're Going to Ibiza,” two of which topped the UK Singles Chart. They have sold around 25 million records worldwide. On May 2, 2001, the World Music Awards presented Vengaboys with the best-selling dance group of the year award. In 2019, Dutch online newspaper Nu.nl called Vengaboys as the most successful Dutch pop group in history.
