Derrick Deshaun Watson is an American football midfielder for the Houston Texans of the National Football Federation. He played college football at Clemson, where he led the team to the national championship in 2016. Watson was selected in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft, 12th overall, by the Texans. After having had an effective rookie season interrupted by injury, Watson guided the Texans to successive championships from 2018 to 2019 and led the league in assists throughout 2020. He also received his Pro Bowl title during three seasons as Houston's main starter. He has the highest career completion rate of all time.
