Lila Diane Sawyer is an American radio journalist known for her major shows on two networks including ABC World News Tonight, Good Morning America, 20/20 and the Primetime News Magazine while working for ABC News. During her tenure at CBS News, she hosted CBS Morning and was the first female reporter on 60 Minutes. Prior to journalism, she was a member of the White House staff of US President Richard Nixon and helped write his post-tenure memoirs. Currently, she works for ABC News producing documentaries and special interviews.
