Thebe Neruda Kgositsile, also known as Earl Sweatshirt, is an American rapper, poet, musician and record producer. Kgositsile was originally known as Sly Tendencies when he started rapping in 2008, but quickly changed his name when Tyler, the creator invited him to join the hip-hop collective replacing his Odd Future. end of 2009.
