Edward Nathan George Jr is a former American professional soccer player who has played at the National Football Federation for nine seasons and is the current head coach of the State of Tennessee. He played college football for Ohio State University and won the Heisman Trophy in 1995. He started in the first round of the 1996 NFL Draft and played professionally for the Tennessee Titans and Dallas Cowboys. George was inducted into the College of Football Fame in 2011. After football, George received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In 2015, he appeared on an IFC episode of the Comedy Bang Bang satirical talk show, titled "Eddie George Wears a Navy Suit and Half-Zip Sweater." In 2016, he appeared on Broadway in the Chicago musical as lawyer Billy Flynn.
