Edmund Patrick Jordan, OBE, also known as EJ, is a former Irish sports racing team boss, businessman and television personality. Born in Dublin, Jordan first worked at the Bank of Ireland. He won the Karting Championship in Ireland in 1971 and switched to Formula Ford in 1974. He was the founder and owner of the Jordan Grand Prix, a Formula 1 manufacturer operating from 1991 to 2005. He was the senior analyst for the Formula 1 program which reported on the BBC from 2009 to 2015 before joining Channel 4 after the BBC retired in 2016. In February 2016, it was announced that Jordan would participate. Top Gear as an animator.
