Elton Tyron Brand is a former professional basketball player in the United States and is currently the general manager of the Philadelphia 76ers of the National Basketball Association. After playing college basketball for Duke, he was first picked up in the 1999 NBA Draft by the Chicago Bulls, then played for the Philadelphia 76ers, the Los Angeles Clippers, the Dallas Mavericks and the Atlanta Hawks. He has won the NBA All Star twice and was once selected for the second All-NBA team in 2006.
