Eric Banadinović, known by his stage name Eric Bana, is an Australian actor and comedian. He started his career in the Full Frontal sketch series before being noticed in the comedy The Castle. He gained even more critical recognition when he starred in the biographical crime drama Chopper. After a decade in Australian TV shows and films, Bana gained Hollywood attention for her performance in the war film Black Hawk Down and was the main character of The Hulk in 2003. He played the role of Hector in the war epic Troy and starred in Steven Spielberg's historical horror film Munich. In 2009, he returned as the villain Nero in the sci-fi Star Trek, which was highly commercially and critically successful. Bana continued to function steadily throughout the 2000s, playing Lieutenant Erik S. Kristensen in Lone Survivor, and as Police Sergeant Ralph Sarchie in the 2014 thriller Deliver Us from Evil. In 2018, Bana starred in a real crime miniseries, Dirty John.
