Mark Alexander Knox, better known as Flex Alexander or Flex, is an American actor, comedian and dancer. He is best known for his roles as Reggie Coltrane on the short-lived ABC series Where I Live, Tyberius Walker on Homeboys in Outer Space, Neville Waston on Total Security, the first Darnell Wilkes on the UPN sitcom Girlfriends; during its first season, and as well as single father Flex Washington on the UPN sitcom One on One. Alexander also starred in the reality television sitcom Flex & Shanice and even has a recurring role on the sitcom Mixed-ish during its first season.
