Geert Wilders is a Dutch businessman and politician. He has been the leader of the Freedom Party since its inception in 2006. Wilders is the leader of his party's parliament in the House of Representatives. When the Rutte cabinet, a minority cabinet of the VVD and CDA, was set up in 2010, it actively participated in the negotiations, resulting in a "tolerance agreement" between the PVV and these parties, but withdrew its support in April 2012, citing a disagreement with cabinet over the proposed budget cuts.
