Greg Rutherford, MBE is a retired British athlete specializing in the long jump. He represents the United Kingdom at the Olympics, World and European Championships and Great Britain at the Commonwealth Games. He was also the 2019 Masterchef Celebrity Champion. Rutherford won gold at the 2012 Summer Olympics, the 2014 Commonwealth Games, the 2014 and 2016 European Athletics Championships and the 2015 World Athletics Championships. the 2015 IAAF Diamond League during the event. From September 4, 2015, when his Diamond League victory was confirmed with his fourth victory in Zurich, until he retired from the English track and field championship in June 2016, Rutherford had held all the titles of 'existing outdoor elite; countries, continents, world, Olympic, Diamond League and Commonwealth. Rutherford is the current British record nationalist, both indoor and outdoor, for the event with personal bests of 8.51m and 8.26m.
