Hailey Kinsel, also known as his wife Hailey Kinsel Lockwood, is a professional American cowboy rodeo specializing in tank racing. She is the three-time world champion of the Professional Women's Barrier Racing Association. In December 2018 and 2019, she won the National Final Rodeo Championship in Las Vegas, Nevada.
