This Arabic vocalist, composer, and musician is known for his social and cultural commentary in his songs. His first two albums, Ehlam Ma'aya (Dream With Me) and Insan (Human), were released in 2008 and 2011, respectively.

Hamza Namira is an Egyptian singer and songwriter and plays many musical instruments. He released three albums from the production of Awakening Records: Dream With Me, Insan, Esmaani; and some albums produced by Namira, his own career: Hateer Min Tany and Mawlood Sanat 80. Besides the song for which he is best known, he also works in composition and choreography. Namira has composed several of her own works, such as the Esmaani and Insan albums, as well as several collaborations with other artists, such as the song Ya Nabi Salam Alayka by Maher Zain. He also helped arrange the remake of Egyptian cartoon Jingle Bells, which is the first shaabi in his repertoire followed by Esta3izo on his fourth studio album. Namira's work is largely marked by a repetitive social and political theme, turning its back on love songs and focusing on common human themes, such as hope, change.
