Hatsu Hioki is a Japanese professional mixed martial artist who competes in the featherweight category. He is former lightweight champion Shooto, featherweight champion Sengoku and featherweight champion TKO. Hioki was a longtime Shooto veteran and fought most of his matches in Japanese promotions, including the largest mixed martial arts organization of the time, the Pride Fighting Championships.
