Hwang Chi-yeul is a Korean singer. In addition to his career as a solo artist, he has also hosted Immortal Songs 2 and participated in the Chinese version singing competition program I Am a Singer. He made his official debut in 2007, releasing a digital album, Chi Yeul and a full studio album, Five sense. In March 2015, he appeared in I Can See Your Voice on Mnet Korea. His success on the show became a turning point in his life, and since then he has appeared in other TV shows such as The Everlasting Song: Singing Legend, Radio Star, I Live Alone, Knowing Bros, Happy Together. Hunan TV channel in China invited him to join I Am a Singer. On June 13, 2017, his first mini album, Be Ordinary was released and that made him the best-selling solo artist of the first half.
