Jakub Błaszczykowski is a Polish professional footballer who plays as a winger for Wisła Kraków and the Polish national team, businessman and owner of Wisła Kraków. He started his professional football career in Wisła Kraków at a young age. In 2007 he joined Borussia Dortmund, where he spent most of his career, making over 250 appearances and winning two Bundesliga titles, two DFL-Supercups and one DFB-Pokal. Błaszczykowski was named Polish Football Player of the Year twice in 2008 and 2010. With 108 appearances, he is the second most chosen player for Poland, and leads them in co-hosting the UEFA Euro 2012, also appearing at UEFA Euro 2016 and FIFA World Cup 2018.
