Jamie Randolph Benn is a Canadian professional ice hockey winger and captain of the Dallas Stars of the National Hockey League. Benn played his childhood hockey career with the Western Hockey League's Kelowna Rockets before turning professional. He represented Canada at the 2009 World Children's Championship, where he helped win the gold medal. With Team Canada, he won a gold medal at the 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, Russia. He is the brother of defender Jordie Benn, who plays for the Winnipeg Jets, and is Jamie's former teammate. In the 2014-15 season, Benn received the Art Ross Trophy as the tournament's top scorer with 87 points. Dallas Stars has reached the Stanley Cup 2020 Finals under the direction of Jamie Benn.
